At 999h, the more you play, the more you get back. Our VIP Program has five levels — Bronze to Diamond — each with benefits that make a real difference to your balance. Weekly cashback, a dedicated account manager, priority withdrawals and much more.
When you start playing at 999h, is automatically enrolled in the VIP Program. No separate sign-up, no fees — you just play and accumulate points that raise your level. Simple as that. And as you advance, the benefits keep getting better.
The program logic is straightforward: for every R$ 10.00 wagered on any game at 999h — whether it's Crash Games, football, live casino, or slots — you earn VIP points. Those points determine your level and calculate the weekly cashback credited to your balance every week, automatically. The money goes straight to you.
Unlike other loyalty programs that look great on paper but are packed with restrictions and excessive rollover in practice, the cashback at 999h has minimal requirements. The amount lands in your balance on Monday and you can withdraw with just 1x rollover. No mystery, no runaround.
The five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — were built for different types of players. From someone betting BRL 50.00 a week on the Brasileirão to someone playing daily across multiple markets. Each tier comes with real, tangible benefits you feel in practice, not just on paper.
From the Gold tier up, you get access to a dedicated account manager — a real person who speaks your language, available to answer questions, help with withdrawals, and alert you to exclusive promotions before they open to the general public. At the Diamond tier, betting limits are virtually uncapped and Pix withdrawals are processed with top priority.

A lot of people ask whether the 999h VIP Program 999h is genuinely worth it or just marketing. The short answer is: it depends on how you play. If you bet consistently — even without high stakes — the weekly cashback makes a real difference in the long run.
Imagine a player who bets an average of R$ 500.00 per week on the Brasileirão and the crash games at 999h. At the Silver level, they receive 8% cashback — R$ 40.00 — every week. Sounds small? That's R$ 160.00 back in your pocket every month, regardless of your betting results. Over a year, that adds up to nearly R$ 2,000.00 returned to you.
At the Gold tier of the 999h, cashback rises to 12% and your dedicated account manager completely changes the experience. They tip you off about the best promotions before they go public, help you make sense of available bonuses, and sort out any withdrawal or bonus issue directly — no support ticket needed. For serious players, that level of personal attention is worth a lot.
One important thing: your VIP points at 999h never expire as long as your account stays active. That means you won't lose a hard-earned level overnight just because of one slow week. The rule is simple: place at least one bet per month to keep your status active.
For players who reach Diamond, the benefits go beyond the digital world. 999h 999h has already sent invitations to Libertadores finals, personalized kits, prepaid cards and other exclusive gifts to its most dedicated members in Brazil. Real players sharing their experience with the 999h VIP Program
"I'd been at Gold level for about 3 months. My account manager gave me a heads-up about an exclusive football promotion before anyone else — I jumped on it, put together a solid combo bet and walked away with R$ 1,800.00. Without 999h VIP, I would have missed that completely. Getting to this level is absolutely worth it."
"The Platinum weekly cashback makes a real difference. I had a rough week on Aviator — lost quite a bit. Then Sunday came around and R$ 380.00 in cashback landed in my balance. It didn't make up for everything, but it helped a lot. That's exactly what sets 999h apart from other platforms."
"I hit Diamond 2 months ago and it's a completely different world. Pix withdrawals come through in under 3 minutes — I've tested it multiple times. My personal manager sent me an exclusive 999h gift kit at home last month. It might sound like a small thing, but it shows the platform genuinely values its players."
